From load-in through load-out, we’ll handle all the on-site logistics to ensure a smooth program. You focus on the attendees, we’ll focus on the back of the house production.

How It Works

Coordinating Load-In

The hours leading up to your event can be stressful. Rest assured while we ensure all of your vendors’s needs are met and the space is transformed for your event.

Think of us as the air traffic controller coordinating the successful execution of duties across the venue staff, caterer, florist, audiovisual team, entertainment, sponsors, and other partners. You just need to arrive in time to welcome your guests.

Managing the Production Schedule

While you’re focused on greeting donors and welcoming guests, we’ll keep the show running from the first arrival until the last departure. Based on the production schedule that you provide or we create, we’ll keep everything on track including welcome and registration staff, catering service, and special remarks.

Post-Event Wrap Up

The evaluation step is the most critical, and often the most overlooked, step in the planning process. In the days after the event, we’ll schedule a post-event debrief meeting and submit final notes for use in future planning.
